+ Why GoGreen Webapp ?
The stepping stone of carbon reduction strategies starts with collecting emission data first. We thought of removing the 'Data collection' challenges for companies, and provide an uniform platform to measure Co2 emissions based on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.
 
+ Do we provide Carbon guidance, advise or consultancy services on GHG Protocol or any other emission tools ?
No, we only facilitate smart periodic data collection and reporting. In future releases, we would introduce the possibility to set emission targets (KPIs) and Benchmarking, as our "Enterprise" feature.

+ How do we get started ?
The very first step towards carbon reduction is to start collecting emission data. Companies could sign-in as "Explorer", gain confidence and move forward to the next level.
 
+ Is it possible to get in touch for an indepth demo ?
Yes, please drop us an email and we would take it from there.
 
+ How and where is our data stored ?
The Webapp uses Microsoft Azure Cloud services. Your data is stored in Cloud and one may always download datasets to store them on-premise.
 
+ What are the additional costs of using this Webapp ?
The Webapp is developed as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, runs in Cloud. There are no additional costs of using this Webapp. Being "Explorer", the use of the Webapp is totally free. One would only incur additional costs, in case of custom requirement and developments.
 
+ What are new feature requests ?
We at GoGreen Webapp are constantly working on new features. In future releases, we plan to introduce the possibility to set emission targets (KPIs) and Benchmarking. Companies could also participant in "Carbon sequestration equivalent" programs as planned in our product roadmap. But active participant from the Enterprise subscription may also request new features, which suits their business needs, and we plan them in, into our product roadmap.
 
+ How does the automated data ingestion work ?
This is a data collection service, which take place in batch on monthly bases. Participant push their emission data file (based on their program data-template, 1 file per month) to a Azure Blob Storage container, from where these files are picked up and processed. This process eliminates manual entry, if that desires business needs.
 
+ How does 'Backend Database Access' work ?
Customers can connect to our database directly and access their datasets for self-service purposes such as integrate datasets into your internal dashboard or create custom reports for your organization. This option is available from 'Professional' subscription onwards.
 
+ Why do we need Microsoft Power BI Pro licence ?
The Power BI Pro licence is included from Professional subscription onwards. You would need a Pro licence to securely access your Dashboard. With 'Backend Database Access' to datasets and using Power BI Pro licence, organization could build self-service reports and add them into their report section.

+ What happens after sign-up ?
You would receive an email to confirm email account. Once your email is confirmed, you would receive login details from us. On first login, you may change your password.
 
+ How could we upgrade from 'Explorer' to 'Professional' subscription ?
Once you gain confidence about the Webapp based on your business needs, you could send us an email to upgrade to Professional.
 
+ How are we invoiced ?
Companies are invoiced (including VAT) annually from "Professional" subscription onwards. The invoice is sent to an email address, specified during the sign-up.
 
+ Does the subscription renew automatically ?
Yes, renewal happens automatically, but companies could cancel the subscription at any time.
 
+ What happens if we decide to cancel the subscription ?
The subscription remains active for one year after the purchase date even if companies choose to stop / cancel automatic renewal. Your benefits stops when the subscription period ends.
 
+ Does the subscription include support ?
Only "Professional" and "Enterprise" include dedicated support via email during the subscription period.
 
+ Why do we 'Request Quote' for Enterprise subscription ?
Enterprise subscription automatically includes all Professional features, but we are not sure about custom requirements. It is therefore mandatory to carry out an intake on requests, before arriving at a quote. Most custom requirements incurs one-time development costs.
