Subscription
The Webapp offers its services in 3 subscription models, referred under the "Pricing" page.
1. Community (Explorer, Type 1)
1.1 Data collection on SCOPE 1 & 2
These are pre-defined 'scope 1 & 2' instruments based on GHG protocol. The instrument names and categories are fixed. They are not customizable. Participant could customize their data collection frequency (or measure cycle) to month or year only.
1.2 Standard reports
These are default matrix reports, based on categories, emission types and instruments.
They are not customizable.
2. Professional (Complete, Type 2)
2.1 Everything from Community
All the services offered under Community plan is included into the Professional subscription.
2.2 Data collection on SCOPE 3
These are pre-defined 'scope 3' instruments based on GHG protocol.
The instrument names and categories are fixed. They are not customizable.
2.3 Dataset dump
Participant may download their datasets into Ms-Excel file format.
There are only 3 datasets, available as dataset dump:-
2.3.1
Measure cycle overview
Overview of available measure cycles e.g., month and year.
2.3.2
Participant reporting instrument
All available instruments from the participant including instrument attributes.
2.3.3
Participant reporting instruments with datapoints
Participant instruments with datapoints, with a limitation of 8,000 datapoints only.
2.4 Cumulative Dashboard
This is a Power BI dashboard accessible via a Pro licence, included in the Professional subscription.
The dashboard is not customizable. You can create 1 custom report, and include it in the report section.
2.5 Automated data ingestion (batch files only)
This is an automated data collection service, which takes place once a month. Participant push their emission data using a pre-defined data-template to Azure Blob Storage container. The storage container credentials are shared via email.
Participant could upload 1 file per month. The batch process is scheduled based on an agreed date/time. Once the file is processed, an email is sent informing about the job status. Depending upon the measure cycle, the data is ingested into the system
(data new/append). This process eliminates manual entry.
2.6 Self-service datasets via 'Backend Database Access'
Participant get access to their datasets via 'MS-SQL Database' Client, to carry-out analysis or build self-service reports. The 'MS-SQL Database' Client is not provided or supported by us.
This dataset is limited to 3 SQL views.
[vw_FULL_MEASURECYCLE] - Overview of measure cycles
[vw_FULL_PARTICIPANT_INSTRUMENTS] - Overview of participant reporting instruments
[vw_FULL_PARTICIPANT_RESULTS] - Overview of participant instruments, with datapoints
2.7 Microsoft Power BI Pro licence, to aid self-service reports
Once signed up for the Professional plan, participant get access to a Pro licence, to view their dashboard securely. Using available datasets, participant could build self-service reports. There are no limitation in creating custom reports using Power BI, but participants are limited to publish only 1 custom report and make it available via the Webapp.
2.8 Dedicated customer support
This implies that your support ticket is answered within 24 hours.
Our effort is to resolve every ticket at the earliest, but it may also depend upon the type of issue, which would be updated accordingly via email.
3. Enterprise (Advanced, Type 3)
3.1 Everything from Professional
All the services offered under Professional plan is included into the Enterprise subscription.
3.2 Multiple metrics
At this moment, only carbon equivalent (Co2-eq metric) data is collected, which are carbon equivalent emission gases e.g., SF6, CH4, N2O, Nf3, HFCs, PFCs
Using multiple metrics feature, it is also possible to collect more than 1 metric, either Co2-eq gases or other emission depending upon your business needs.
In this case, the instrument would also collect data on multiple metrics.
3.3 Custom categories & instruments
Participant may add new or customize existing categories and instruments.
This is not customizable in Explorer and Professional subscription.
3.4 Enterprise wide groups / subgroups
Companies may activate multi-user access on participant level or program level, based on your business requirement.
By assigning users to group and subgroups, you would introduce data collection across regions, factories or branch offices.
This would aid group level insights on Co2 emissions.
The group level insights is only available with multi-user access on program level, which is included in the Enterprise subscription.
3.5 Multiple user access
Companies may activate multi-user access on participant level only.
This would allow access to the same account, through multiple users e.g., data entry/audit access as 'Data steward' user or report consumers as 'Emission manager' user. A maximum of 8 users are allowed on participant level.
3.6 Automated data ingestion (direct integration with sensors)
This is an automated data collection service, which involves sensor integration. The sensor integration is outside the scope of Enterprise subscription, but we would help setup the integration. We would treat this as a project, which would incurs one-time development cost. The development costs are not included in the Enterprise subscription, and are billable separately.
3.7 New reports & feature requests
We constantly work together with companies to add new features.
The Enterprise subscription plan adds priority to your requests.
Participant may request new reports or features, but only 'new reports' requests incurs one-time development cost.
